Job Summary:

Sharecare is looking for an experienced VP of Consultant Relations to shape our strategy for partnering with benefits consultants, enhance key consultants’ understanding of Sharecare’s offerings, identify and pursue strategic and preferred partnering opportunities, and further increase RFP opportunities . You’ll work closely with our commercial leadership including our sales leaders and their teams along with our Marketing, Product, and P&L leaders. The ideal candidate for the role is self-motivated, relationship-oriented, strategic in their thinking and relentless in their execution. Must be willing to travel up to 75%

Essential Job Functions:

  • Hone and deliver relevant positioning, product, and other content to key opinion leaders within targeting Consulting firms and brokerages.

  • Build and execute strategic growth initiatives with top identified employee benefits consultants and firms.

  • Identify key consultants within each firm and create opportunities for our sales team to leverage those relationships.

  • Strive to become an A-list vendor with all consultants in the areas of wellness and advocacy.

  • Define the end-to-end consultant experience with Sharecare and drive operational excellence across the organization.

  • Build and implement enablement and engagement playbooks for our inside sales as well as field sales teams to drive increased RFPs and other net new opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Leadership from internal teams including Product, Account Management, Implementations, Legal, and Finance.

Specific Skills/ Attributes:

  • Great track record of sourcing, developing and maintaining partner relationships

  • Existing relationships with benefit consultants is a plus

  • High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and a proven track record of success

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space

  • High attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and the desire to lead strategic projects with high visibility

  • Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver quality projects on time

  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, and successfully manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consulting space, including at least 2 years in a role similar to this one working primarily with consultants and brokers.
