Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Events Manager to join our team. The Marketing Events Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of marketing events to promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences that engage customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate marketing events from conception to completion, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, product launches, and promotional events.

  • Budget Management: Develop event budgets and manage expenses to ensure events are delivered within budget constraints.

  • Vendor Management: Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the necessary resources for successful events.

  • Marketing Collateral: Work closely with the marketing team to develop event-specific marketing collateral, including signage, promotional materials, and digital assets.

  • Event Promotion: Develop comprehensive promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement at events, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, advertising, and PR.

  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and accommodations.

  • On-Site Management: Manage all on-site activities during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.

  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of events against predetermined goals and identify areas for improvement.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, sponsors, and industry influencers.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event marketing, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance our events.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in event management, preferably in a marketing or promotional capacity.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

  • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required during event periods.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
