NorthAmCon, LLC provides case and unit handling equipment to the distribution, assembly, logistics, and warehousing industries through conveyor, material handling, and automation integrators. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in the conveyance or material handling industry to join our team. However, we are also open to training the right applicant.

Responsibilities:

• Design and detail various types of powered conveyor technologies
• Understand how various types of equipment integrate with each other
• Create assembly and approval prints required for the equipment

Qualifications:

• Basic general mechanical knowledge/skills
• Moderate understanding of Microsoft tools application
• Basic experience with AutoCAD or willing to learn
• Willingness to learn more through additional training or research
• Moderate knowledge/experience with SolidWorks 3D modeling software (preferred)
• Conveyor application experience (preferred)
• Eagerness and ability to learn quickly
